4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details within 24 hours.

4.2 Cancellation by User

Users may cancel or reschedule consultations up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for refund.

4.3 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel consultations due to astrologer unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through secure online payment gateways. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
