1. Overview

At God Astro, we strive to provide the highest quality Vedic astrology services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Consultation Services

2.1 Cancellation Before Service

If you cancel your consultation appointment:

• More than 48 hours before: 100% refund
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund

2.2 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued. We recommend setting reminders for your appointments.

2.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. After that, rescheduling fees may apply.

3. Digital Products and Reports

3.1 Kundali Reports

Due to the personalized nature of Kundali reports, refunds are generally not provided once the report has been generated and delivered. However, if there is a technical error in report generation, we will regenerate the report at no additional cost.

3.2 Compatibility Reports

Marriage compatibility and relationship reports are non-refundable once delivered. Please ensure birth details are accurate before purchasing.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing service delivery (on our end)
• Astrologer cancellation or unavailability
• Duplicate payment processing
• Service not delivered within promised timeframe
• Incorrect report generated due to system error

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Completed consultation sessions
• Delivered digital reports and Kundalis
• Remedy recommendations and gemstone consultations
• Muhurat (auspicious timing) services already provided
• Personalized mantras and spiritual guidance

6. Dissatisfaction with Predictions

Please note that Vedic astrology is an interpretative science based on ancient principles. Refunds will not be issued based on disagreement with astrological predictions or outcomes. All consultations are provided in good faith based on the birth details provided.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at refunds@godastro.com
2. Include your booking/order ID and reason for refund
3. Provide supporting documentation if applicable
4. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Processing time: 7-10 business days
• Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
• You will receive an email confirmation once refund is initiated

9. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only part of the service was delivered or if the cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed.
